Welcome to GRIDIRON Performance, your Midwest based Football Performance Development resource.

GRIDIRON Performance was founded by President and Sport Counselor Joseph Stanley because of his love for the game, enthusiasm for sport psychology, and his desire to develop the complete football athlete and coach. Through these passions and his experience involved with the game, Joe has come to recognize the need for a commitment to the psychological development of the complete football athlete and coach.

GRIDIRON Performance is dedicated to the complete and continuing development of each football athlete and coach through education and training on the latest sport psychology concepts, theory, and intervention techniques. From high school seniors, to college athletes, through the professional level, athletes and coaches can both benefit from GRIDIRON Performance's commitment to the complete development of the football athlete and coach. GRIDIRON Performance welcomes and looks forward to the challenge of helping each athlete and coach reach their full potential so that they can become the most complete individual-both on and off the field.
